We are offering interactive theatrical training for public bodies and trade unions about violence and harassment in the world of work. Using the forum theatre technique, we show very short scenes (1 min each) of everyday situations of violence and sexism in the workplace. Participants are given the opportunity to challenge them, acting out possible strategies and solutions. The theatrical work allows to recognise concrete daily situations where violence can occur, understanding the impact, and rehearse possible strategies in a safe and creative framework.

Particularly, the scenes foster reflections about: how can domestic violence affect the world of work? What is the impact on the survivors and people around them (witnesses, colleagues, patients, clients, exc.)? Which are the associated costs of violence to organizations/companies and the society?

In a dynamic learning process, participants are engaged in a collective research of comprehensive strategies and effective measure to address the problem of violence and harassment in the world of work.
